Ok so I have a 2 yr old DS, and he is a bitbof a fussy eater. He eats ok things during the day, such as fruit, yoghurt, toast with any spreads, baked beans or treats like chicken nuggets, fish and chips.
BUT.... He is limited to dinner options as he will not eat what the family eats, so I make him a separate meal, which is usually French toast, sometimes with a spread of pursed vegetable and chicken spread on top before the egg dip, or fritters which is pureed veggies, whatever meat we have mixed with egg, flour, cheese and fried as a fritter.
The only other dinner option he will eat is Maccas, or nuggets/ fish and chips.
We have trried offering him everything else but to no avail, so my question is how many eggs is he allowed to eat a day/ week if I continue offering the same things every night? It's usually 1-2 eggs in a fritter mix and 1 in the French toast.
If it makes a difference, we have our own chickens free range in the backyard so it's organic free range eggs, we havn't bought eggs for years.
How many eggs a week is too many, and are there any other things I could try to offer him????
Help please!!!!
